Exterior glass has reached halfway up the sides of the apartment tower at 220 North Ada in the West Loop. The 29-story, 308-unit development is expected to welcome tenants in early 2026.

General contractor Clayco closed out 2024 by getting a permit to install three passenger elevators on New Year’s Day.
