Structural work is nearing completion for a six-story mixed-use building at 1123 W Randolph Street in West Loop.
Work is rapidly nearing completion for a mixed-use, multi-building development known as 1100 W Fulton Market, located within West Loop‘s Fulton Market neighborhood. The project has been developed by Fulton St. Companies, with additional backing from Huizenga Capital Management. Herman Miller, which recently began leasing the 1100 W Fulton Market property, will serve as the single tenant for the buildings. Herman Miller’s new space will include its retail offerings and a showroom on the first floor, and accessory office space on the floors above.
Exterior work is nearing completion for 320 N Sangamon Street, a 13-story mixed-use building that has risen in West Loop‘s Fulton Market.
Work is rapidly gearing towards completion at West Loop‘s 1125 W Van Buren Street, where developer Tandem Partners has planned a 20-story mixed-use structure.
The inner core portion has reached roof height for 1400 Monroe, the seven-story residential building at 1404 W Monroe Street, developed by JK Equities. Permits were been issued earlier this summer, with construction since progressing rapidly on the West Loop project, comprising 42 condominium units.
