Glass installation has wrapped up for Trammell Crow Company‘s 16-story Fulton Labs at 400 N Aberdeen Street in Fulton Market. Developed in partnership with Zoë Life Sciences, the new 275-foot-tall edifice will serve as the second addition to the West Loop biotechnology campus known as Fulton Labs.
Final interior and landscaping work is underway at the 19-story 800 W Fulton Market, aka 800 Fulton, one of Fulton Market‘s most distinctive new office blocks. Thor Equities has developed the nearly half million-square-foot edifice alongside joint venture partner QuadReal.
The 13-story retail and office building known as 320 N Sangamon Street has officially opened just to the north of West Loop‘s Fulton Market corridor.
Construction has reached the second floor of West Loop Collection’s fourth building. Situated at 210-240 S Green Street just outside Greektown, the 40-unit project has been planned by POGN Development. The plan involves five adjacent six-story condominium buildings, each housing four duplexes and four single-level residences. Prices range from $1 million for simplexes up to $2 million for duplex penthouses.
The Chicago Plan Commission has approved the mixed-use development proposed at 210 N Aberdeen Street in the West Loop. Consisting of an irregularly-shaped site, the property consists of an empty lot at the intersection of W Lake Street and N Aberdeen Street, the historic Arthur Harris Building along N Aberdeen Street located in the Fulton-Randolph Market Historic District, and a few one-story masonry buildings behind Arthur Harris fronting N May Street. LG Development Group is the developer behind the proposal.
