A joint effort by Tishman Speyer and Mark Goodman & Associates, the 270,000-square-foot project will house a mix of ground-level retail and office space on the above floors. Office floor plates will vary between 24,800 and 28,200 square feet, while stretching 13 feet from slab to slab.
The Chicago Plan Commission has approved a mixed-use development located at 1229 W Randolph Street in West Loop. Located at the intersection of W Randolph Start and N Willard Court, the project site is a corner lot. Currently, a two-story masonry building is located on the property. Thor Equities is the developer behind the proposal.
Structural work has completed with the outer walls now at full height for 1400 Monroe, a seven-story condominium building in West Loop. Officially located at 1404 W Monroe Street and developed by JK Equities, the development will incorporate 38 total units with 42 parking spaces and 22 bike spaces.
Glass installation is nearly complete for Monroe Laflin Place, a four-story apartment building planned for 104 S Laflin Street in West Loop. Developed by Tom Meador, the development will yield 51 total units.

Officially addressed as 1045 W Fulton Market, the project has previously filed permits under 237 N Aberdeen Street and was listed as 1043 W Fulton Market.
