This five-story mixed-use development by L3 Capital will have ground-floor retail and boutique Class A offices on the upper levels. The amenity enclosure on the top of the building will be accompanied by a 1,850-square-foot rooftop deck. The 22,000 square feet of interior space features sleek finishes, living walls, and expansive warehouse-style windows.

Real estate developer ZSD has planned for a total of 13 condominiums ranging between four- and five-bedroom residences. The project is replacing a set of low-rise brick buildings that were demolished last year.
Additional construction permits were issued last week for the Madison + Carpenter project which will yield a six-story mixed-use building at 6 N Carpenter Street in West Loop. Permits were issued directly to the project developer ZSD. As YIMBY reported in April, foundation work is well underway.
