Glass cladding has been installed along the vertical glass portion at the southeast corner of 320 N Sangamon Street, a 13-story mixed-use building that’s wrapping up in West Loop‘s Fulton Market.
Renderings have been revealed for a proposed 27-story mixed-use development at 160 N Elizabeth Street in West Loop. Located at the intersection of W Randolph Street and N Elizabeth Street, the corner site is currently home to a cluster of low-rise masonry buildings. Moceri + Roszak are the developers behind the project.
Photos show site prep at 133 S Ashland Avenue, a four-story residential building set to rise at the western border of West Loop. Filed under the owner 133 Ashland Land LLC, the planned development will provide 89 units with on-site parking for 120 vehicles with three accessible spaces.
Exterior work is nearing completion for a four-story residential building located at 104 S Laflin Street in West Loop. The developer, filed under Tom Meador as manager, has planned for 51 units alongside 51 on-site parking spaces. Replacing a former parking lot, the development represents one of several new projects around Skinner Park, including 1400 W Monroe Street and a similar neighboring development at 128 S Laflin Street.
