The building’s contemporary design is the product of Miller Hull Partnership and Osterhaus McCarthy. Renderings of the exterior depict a mix of corrugated metal paneling and floor-to-ceiling windows of varying widths. The building’s balconies also cantilever over one another, creating a dramatic appearance from street level.
