This building will house three dwelling units each with a rear open porch, and include an attached three-vehicle garage. Gary Wands is listed as the architect of record for this project. At this time, no renderings have been made public.
A permit was issued on Tuesday for a two-story residential building located at 1920 W Cullerton Street in the Lower West Side neighborhood. The permit owner is listed as N2 Green LLC and plans indicate the construction of three total dwelling units with rear decks and stairs. The development will also feature a basement, an attic, a rooftop deck, and three parking spots on a paved concrete pad. The planned structure will fill an empty lot.

The owner of the permit is listed as Valentin Cocan, and the current plans indicate this project will produce three total units. This will be a masonry build and will replace a vacant lot.
