The site was formerly home to Wing Hoe Restaurant and its surrounding parking lot. Evergreen Solutions is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. The demolition permit was issued to Tempus Group Holding, which is working in conjunction with 2R/Z Architecture on a new seven-story development which was approved in spring of 2022.
