The property has RS-3 zoning and the neighborhood provides a nice mix of low-density residential single-family homes and two-flat constructions.
Future residents will find access to transportation via Route 80 at the intersection of Irving Park & Kedzie via a six-minute walk north. Though the CTA L is a little less accessible on foot, there are many restaurant and retail options within walking distance.
