New building permits were issued for a new four-story frame construction to be located at 4015 N Pulaski Road in Irving Park. Plans list KLLM Architects as the architects of record and state that this building will house four units. Each unit will have a rear deck and patio. The property site will feature new fencing and four parking spaces. The site was formerly a gas station parking lot.
In terms of proximity to transit, future residents will find the nearest CTA bus access via a two-minute walk north to Pulaski & Belle Plaine where Route 53 can be boarded. Those looking to board the CTA L can find the Blue Line at the Irving Park station. There are retail and dining options in the vicinity.
Cadetbilt Construction Co will also serve as the general contractor for the roughly $500,000 project. No timeline has been given for the completion of this development.

Wow. I always went to this gas station. I’m glad they’re building something here. This intersection deserves an architecturally appealing look to it!
I think this is the small commercial building north of the gas station.
I think you’re right. Now, I’m kinda bummed. Haha!
If you mean the building with the Dunkin Donuts, that is the gas station.
The article says the site used to be a “gas station parking lot”
