A demolition permit was filed this week for a three-story frame residence along with a detached frame garage located at 3533 N Greenview Avenue in the Lake View neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as EZMB LLC. Permits were issued in September for an upcoming single-family residence. The scope of the new project will include two stories and a basement, a rooftop deck, and a rear three-vehicle garage with its own roof deck. EZMB LLC is also serving as the demolition contractor on this project.
The closest bus options are at the Addison & Greenview stop via a one-minute walk north. Bus service available at this stop includes Route 153. The CTA L Brown Line can be found at the Southport station via a seven-minute walk southeast. There is a very active restaurant and retail scene along nearby N Ashland and N Southport Avenues.
