A permit was approved yesterday for a new three-story residential building at 6418 N Fairfield Avenue in the West Ridge neighborhood. The owner of the permit is listed as Valentin Cocan, and the current plans indicate this project will produce three total units. This will be a masonry build and will replace a vacant lot.
Martin Kim is listed as the architect of record. As of yet, drawings and renderings have not been made public.
The closest bus service will be Route 155, which can be found via a three-minute walk southwest at the Devon & California stop. There are many restaurants and retail options along Devon Avenue.
Life Way Construction Inc will be serving as the general contractor on the $750,000 build. Given the newness of the permit, no expected timelines have been revealed.
