A one-story restaurant building currently occupies the site, which is for sale by the owner. Mavrek Development is the developer behind the proposal.

Currently a vacant lot, the project site is an infill site along W Carroll Avenue, just off of N Homan Avenue. The property backs up to the westbound Metra tracks. Breakthrough Urban Ministries, a local nonprofit organization, will be developing the building.

Currency a vacant surface parking lot, the property includes an easement from where 14th Street used to cut through it. The developer behind the proposal is CMK Companies.
