Located in the West Loop, the building is placed on a corner lot at the intersection of W Lake Street and the vacated N Loomis Street. The property is just off of N Ogden Avenue.
The Chicago City Council has fully approved a mixed-use development located at 1229 W Randolph Street in West Loop. Located at the intersection of W Randolph Start and N Willard Court, the corner lot currently houses a two-story masonry building. Thor Equities is the developer behind the proposal.
Renderings have been revealed for a proposed residential development at 3010 W Montrose Avenue in Albany Park. Located along W Montrose Avenue, the project site is an infill property bound by adjacent buildings to the east and west. The development will front W Montrose Avenue and span back to the alley behind the site. Platinum Homes is the developer behind the proposal.
Construction is expected this summer for Edith Spurlock Apartments at 2700 N Sheffield Avenue in Lincoln Park. Located on the site of the existing Edith Spurlock Apartments, the residential complex spans from N Lincoln Avenue to W Diversey Parkway. Chicago Housing Authority and Pirhl are the developers behind the project.

Located at 2849 W Congress Parkway, the project is located at the intersection of W Congress Parkway and S Francisco Avenue.
