Final facade work continues to progress for a new high rise at 225 North Elizabeth Street in Fulton Market. The 28-story mixed-use tower is a joint effort between Sterling Bay and Ascentris and is situated at the intersection of Fulton and Elizabeth Streets.
A tenant has been announced for the upcoming redevelopment of the property at 165 N Morgan Street in Fulton Market. Located just south of the intersection with W Lake Street, the existing structure was once the home of Tenzing Wines. The project is being led by Fulton Street Companies and Fred Latsko of Latsko Interest, with local-firm Hartshorne Plunkard Architects working on its design.
The first demolition permit has now been issued for 210 N Morgan Street in Fulton Market. The demolition will give rise to a 33-story mixed-use development by Newcastle Limited. This 380-foot tower will house 204 residential units: 59 studios, 18 convertibles, 72 one-bedroom units, 23 one-bedrooms with a den, and 33 two-bedrooms. Of these units, 41 will be designated as affordable for those earning 60% or below the Area Median Income (AMI).
