The filing owner, listed under Development Group, LLC – Old Town Branch, has planned eight integrated units, an elevator, a rooftop deck with a stair/elevator enclosure, a front balcony on the first floor, a rear balcony on the second and third floors, and an eight-car garage with a partial rooftop deck.

The project received zoning approval late last year, in which the Zoning Board of Appeals permitted a reduction of the rear setback from 30 feet to 18 feet.
