The new development is set to replace a two-story frame residence.

Located on a midblock site between N Spaulding Avenue and N Jersey Avenue, the project site fronts W Bryn Mawr Avenue and is currently occupied by a historical building. Grand Properties Acquisitions is the developer behind the proposal.

Currently, the property is occupied by a vacant lot. The now-approved ordinance requested a reduction of the required rear setback from 30 feet to zero feet.
