Nearby bus transit includes Routes 5, 67, and 95, all within a five-minute walk. Additional service includes Bus Routes 4 and X4, along with the Cottage Grove Green Line Station, within a 10-minute walk north.
Greenline Homes LLC is listed as the general contractor for the $473,550 construction, whose completion timeline has not yet been revealed.
