Metal cladding is progressing rapidly at 1525 N Elston Avenue, a six-story topped-out office building in West Town. Prior to the current work, the site was occupied by a two and a half-story residential building and a three-story mixed-use building.
Glass can be seen approaching the roofline of 320 S Canal Street, aka BMO Tower, a 50-story office skyscraper that recently topped out in West Loop Gate.
A full construction permit was issued on Monday for 345 N Morgan Street, where developer Sterling Bay has planned an 11-story mixed-use building.
Transformation of 932 W Randolph Street continues to progress in West Loop‘s Fulton Market, where developer L3 Capital has planned a re-skin and renovation of a former three-story bank. The project will also include a new three-story addition at the northern end of the property, which will blend seamlessly into the new design.
