Located at the intersection of N Halsted Street and W Division Street, the corner lot is six blocks south of the North/Clybourn CTA L station, serviced by the Red Line. 735 W. Division, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications, reporting $380,000 as the cost for the overall development.
Foundation permits were recently filed for a one-story Chick-Fil-A at 1910 W Fullerton Avenue on the bend of the Chicago River North Branch.
