Construction permits have been filed for a 17-story mixed-use building at 808 N Wells Street in Near North Side. The lot sits along River North’s northern edge, at the corner of N Wells Street and W Chicago Avenue. The property also lies between two Route 66 bus stops, each approximately a one-minute walk east or west. There are also two nearby “Chicago” CTA L stations within walking distance, one serviced by the Brown and Purple Lines, the other serviced by the Red Line.

Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 4806 N Magnolia Avenue in Uptown, between the southeast corner of St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery and the intersection of N Magnolia Avenue and W Lawrence Avenue. The lot sits just two blocks west of the Lawrence CTA L station serviced by the red line and purple express line. The nearby CTA bus 22 and 81 lines also stop at the intersection of N Broadway and W Lawrence Avenue, a two-minute walk East.

The interior lot is located between W Buckingham Place and W Aldine Avenue. The nearest public transportation is the 8 CTA bus accessed at the Halsted and Aldine stop at the end of the block. Less than a ten-minute walk is the Belmont CTA “L” station serviced by the Red, Brown, and Purple Lines.
