Details regarding the size of the building footprint and its square footage are not currently known. However, the parcel’s zoning designation allows for a floor area ratio of up to 2.2, meaning that the total building’s floor space may be up to 2.2 times that of the site itself.

Nearest stops for the east and westbound 76 bus can be found at the Diversey & Racine/Lincoln station, located a three-minute walk northwest. Additional stops within a 15-minute walk include those for Route 8 to the east and Route 74 to the south. Closest CTA L availability consists of the Brown and Purple Lines’ Diversey station, a seven-minute walk northeast. For access to all three of the Brown, Purple, and Red Lines, Fullerton station is available via a 12-minute walk southeast.
