The owner, M14 Land Investments, LLC, is planning four total units for the building, as well as a basement, rooftop deck, and rooftop stair enclosure. For parking, there will also be a detached four-car garage with its own rooftop deck.

Currently the site is occupied by a three-story masonry residential building with an address of 6229-31 S Ellis Avenue. The exact layout of the six townhouses or whether additional property will be required is not currently known.
