Viewpoint Services, Inc. will serve as the demolition contractor for the three-story masonry structure.

The property owner is listed as Danny’s Construction Group Inc and the demolition contractor as Kasper Development Ltd, however it may be filing entry error. The structure set to be demolished is a two-story masonry building with multiple residential units.
