Construction is imminent for an eight-story residential building known as CA6 Condominiums, located at 305-323 S Racine Avenue near the southwest corner of West Loop. Developed by Belgravia Group alongside JRG Capital Partners, the project will house 72 condominium units, and amenities ranging from a fully-equipped fitness room to a meeting room and a secure package room.
Interior demolition and cladding removal is nearly complete for 932 W Randolph Street in the West Loop. L3 Capital is re-skinning an existing three-story commercial building, along with constructing a new three-story addition.
Demolition is now complete at 166 N Aberdeen Street in West Loop, clearing the way for a new 20-story mixed-use tower by MCZ Development. Standing 241 feet to its pinnacle, the building will house a collection of retail, dining, and offices on the lower floors, with 236 apartments housed above. The project serves as the second and taller phase of a two-part plan, with the first building at 171 N Aberdeen Street completed in 2018.
Foundation work has begun for a 15-story office tower located at 609 W Randolph Street in West Loop Gate. Planned by Vista Property Group, the 211-foot-tall building will offer 1,770 square feet of retail at ground level, with offices and amenity space on the above floors. The main tower is set to replace a former surface parking lot, while integrating an existing four-story masonry building at 601 West Randolph Street.
Construction has reached the third floor of a six-story mixed-use building located at 1123 W Randolph Street in West Loop. Interra Realty is the developer behind the project, with plans to include retail space on the first two floors, and nine apartments on the four above floors. Atop the sixth floor will also be an 740-square-foot amenity rooftop deck for residents.
