Exterior work is steadily progressing for a six-story apartment building known as Motif on Belden, located at 2845 W Belden Avenue in Logan Square.
Structural work has reached full height for a new mixed-use senior living development known as Clarendale Six Corners, located at 4715 W Irving Park Road in Portage Park.
Remaining facade pieces are undergoing installation at The Bentham, a 14-story retail and condominium building that is now wrapping up at 146 W Erie Street in River North. Sedgwick Development is acting as the developer, architect, and general contractor for the project, which will provide 2,556 square feet of retail and 31 condominiums. Beginning at just over $1 million, each condominium will house three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and will come with open floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevator access, and private balconies.
With structural work now topped out, construction is nearing completion for an 11-story apartment building at West Loop‘s 1454 W Randolph Street. Planned by Marquette Properties, the new 135-foot-tall development will house 242 apartments, 87 parking spaces, 135 bike spaces, as well as a large lobby area, and range of amenities.
