Photos show final exterior touches and crane disassembly at 800 W Fulton Market, an 18-story, primarily office development along West Loop‘s booming Fulton Market corridor. Measuring 300 feet in height, the tower was developed by Thor Equities and designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
Exterior work is approaching completion for a four-story mixed-use building at 1827 N Milwaukee Avenue in Bucktown. Developed by owner Mike Cane, the project will contain retail space on the ground floor with three residential units above. Permits also listed a rooftop deck, as well as an elevator.
Construction has reached the fifth and final floor at Rauner Family Veteran Studios, located at 2908 W Roosevelt Road in North Lawndale. Spearheaded by A Safe Haven Foundation in partnership with KMA Companies and the City of Chicago, the residential development will contain 90 efficiency residences primarily designated for veterans.
Recent photos show demolition progress of an existing two-story masonry building, helping to clear the way for a new 11-story residential building at 1454 W Randolph Street in West Loop. Planned by Marquette Companies, the development will consist of 242 units, ranging in size from smaller studios/convertibles to larger one- and two-bedroom units.
