Cladding is well underway for Rush University Medical Center’s new 10-story cancer and neuroscience center at 850 W Jackson Boulevard. The project is named after Joan and Paul Rubschlager, whose donation not only helped fund its construction, but is also the largest in the institution’s history.
Foundation work is underway for a mixed-use retail and senior living project known as Clarendale Six Corners, filed under 4715 W Irving Park Road in Portage Park. This development will cover just over a quarter of a four-acre development project known as The Point at Six Corners.
Foundation work has wrapped up with steel now above grade for University of Illinois Health’s Outpatient Surgery Center & Specialties Clinics, a six-story facility rising in the Illinois Medical District.
Structural work has completed with the outer walls now at full height for 1400 Monroe, a seven-story condominium building in West Loop. Officially located at 1404 W Monroe Street and developed by JK Equities, the development will incorporate 38 total units with 42 parking spaces and 22 bike spaces.
