Both sites, 800 W Fulton Market developed by Thor Equities, and 320 N Sangamon Street developed by Tishman Speyer, lie just north of the Fulton Market street, and just south of the Metra North West and Central Line rails. Transit in the area includes the bus route 8 stop at Halsted & Fulton Market. CTA L access includes Morgan station along the Green and Pink Lines, just one block south of Fulton Market. The area has been noted previously for its growing vibrancy amongst a slew of new restaurants, bars, and mixed-use development.

The second tower, at 1440 W Randolph Street will be an 11-story residential structure. The project site is located along W Randolph Street, with 1400 W Randolph sitting on a corner lot at the intersection of W Randolph Street and N Ogden Avenue. 1440 W Randolph Avenue sits on an interior lot along W Randolph Street between N Ogden Avenue and W Lake Street, across the street from Union Park.
