The Chicago Plan Commission has approved a seven-story mixed-use development at 1623 N Halsted Street in Old Town. Located along N Halsted Street, between W Concord Place and W Willow Street, the site is an interior lot directly adjacent to the CTA Brown Line tracks. The North/Clybourn CTA L station, serviced by the Red Line, can be reached within a two-minute walk. The 8, 9, and 72 CTA bus routes can be accessed at the corner of W North Avenue and N Halsted Street, also within a two-minute walk from the site. JDL Development and Logan Ventures are in charge of the development.

The project site is located on a corner lot, at the intersection of W North Avenue and N Western Avenue. The nearest CTA public transit is accessed at the edge of the site at the intersection of W North Avenue and N Western Avenue, serviced by bus routes 49 and 72. The Damen CTA L station, serviced by the Blue Line, is an eleven-minute walk away. GW Properties is in charge of the development.

The project site is located on a corner lot at the intersection of N State Street and W Elm Street. The Clark/Division CTA L station, serviced by the Red Line, can be accessed within a four-minute walk. The 36 CTA bus route can be accessed on the corner of the site at the State and Elm stop. Newcastle Limited is in charge of the development.

Zoning has been approved for a new mixed-use development at 3315-3319 S Morgan Street in Bridgeport. Comprised of three buildings, the development is located along S Morgan Street between W 32nd Place and W 33rd Place. There are multiple options for public transportation nearby. Both the 31 CTA bus route, accessed at the 31st and Morgan stop, as well as the 35 CTA bus route, accessed at the 35th and Morgan stop, can be reached within a five-minute walk. The 8 CTA bus route, accessed at the 33rd and Halsted stop, is a six-minute walk away.

The project site is on an interior lot along W Randolph Street between N Jefferson Street and N Des Plaines Street. The Clinton CTA station, serviced by the Green and Pink Lines, is a four-minute walk away from the site. The Ogilvie Transportation Center is only a three-minute walk away. Vista Property Group is in charge of the development.

Located on an interior lot, the project will sit between W Fullerton Parkway and W Belden Avenue. The CTA 22 and 36 Routes can be accessed at the Clark and Belden bus stop, within steps of the site. The Fullerton CTA L station, serviced by the Red, Purple, and Brown Lines, is accessible via a 15-minute walk. 2300 Clark Development LLC is in charge of the development of the project.
