Final exterior touches are wrapping up at 167 N Green Street, a 17-story mixed-use development located in West Loop‘s Fulton Market neighborhood. Co-developed by Focus and Shapack Partners, the 290-foot structure will house a mix of office space, tenant amenities, and a retail portion in its base. This retail portion is one of the most notable features within the building, whose 30,000 square feet of mercantile space lining a ground-level corridor known as “The Mews”. This corridor also contains access to the office lobby and open space for temporary “pop-up” retail.

Poised as part of the Verso River North development, the tower will replace an existing surface parking lot along W Huron Street. The site is located at the intersection of W Huron Street and N Franklin Street, on the southern side of the street. The CTA Brown Line tracks run alongside the property above N Franklin Street. North Wells Capital is the developer behind the project.

Construction is nearing completion for a four-story commercial building, located at 1111 W Addison Street in Lake View‘s Wrigleyville. The project, planned by West Addison Development, is set to contain retail on the ground floor with a climbing and bouldering center above. A separate permit indicated that the developer will build out six climbing walls within the second through fourth floors.
