Construction permits have been issued for a new residential building at 2343 W Belden Avenue in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. Both owner and developer of this property, the firm 2343 Belden LLC plans to erect a new three-story, two-unit building, which will come with a roof deck, a basement level, and a new frame two-vehicle garage with its own rooftop deck.
Renovation permits have been issued for 3941 W Wellington Avenue, a four-unit residential building in Logan Square. The owner of the property is Matt Fisher, who plans to convert the existing two-story building into five units, per plans. The project received a zoning variation approval on November 21, 2022.

Filed under the name 2906 West Lyndale LLC, the project will offer of a rooftop deck, a rear porch, a basement, and a three-car detached garage topped with a rooftop deck. Prior to development, the site was occupied by a one-story frame residential building.
The Committee on Zoning has recommended the approval of the mixed-use development at 2354 and 2355 N Washtenaw Avenue in Logan Square. Located on the intersection with W Fullerton Avenue across the street from Haas Park, the two-structure project will replace a one-story non-historical bank and a parking lot on both sides south of the crossing. Developer Hibernian Development is working with local firm 360 Design Studio on the nearly identical buildings which gained approval after various redesigns.
A new set of plans have been revealed for a new residential building at 2429 W Fullerton Avenue in Logan Square. The current developer, SNS Realty Group, had bought the site from a previous developer with a different scope and design. This latest proposed iteration will offer 36 total units, split evenly between one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. Seven of the units will be affordable under ARO guidelines.
