The owner of the property is Matt Fisher, who plans to convert the existing two-story building into five units, per plans. The project received a zoning variation approval on November 21, 2022.
The architect of record for the renovation project is Absolute Architects. The project involves internal renovations to the existing units and adding a new unit on the second floor.
The building has no parking spaces on site, but it is located near several public transportation options. It is within walking distance of the CTA Blue Line at Belmont station and bus service for Route 76 at Pulaski & Wellington. It is also served by several other buses, including Routes 53, 77, 82, and 152.
The general contractor for the project is Hinwood Design and Build LLC. A completion date has not yet been indicated.
