A conditional permit was issued earlier this week for a new three-story residential building at 2418 N Linden Place in the Logan Square neighborhood. The owner is listed as Jason E. Krynski and the permit lists Christopher Bremer as the architect of record for the build. Though renderings have not been made public we do know that this build will contain six units, a roof deck, and rear porches on all floors. Plans also show the presence of an accompanying six-vehicle garage.

The closest bus service available is Route 56 which can be found at Milwaukee & Sacramento via a two-minute walk east. This is a well-situated lot that allows for access to the CTA Blue Line at the Logan Square station via a nine-minute walk northwest along Milwaukee Avenue or at the California station via a nine-minute walk southwest of the site.

There is a great deal of retail and dining options in the vicinity, many of which are located within a few minutes’ walk along N Milwaukee Avenue. There are many green space opportunities at various public parks in the area.

JEK Development Inc is serving as the contractor on the $1.0 million build. An anticipated completion date has not been revealed.
