Construction permits were recently issued for a three-story residential development at 2908 W Lyndale Street in Logan Square. Filed under the name 2906 West Lyndale LLC, the project will offer of a rooftop deck, a rear porch, a basement, and a three-car detached garage topped with a rooftop deck. Prior to development, the site was occupied by a one-story frame residential building.

John Hanna of Hanna Architects is the listed architect of record. While no drawings or renderings have been published, multiple masonry contractors suggest the possibility of brick or stone exterior.

For bus transit, residents will find stops for Routes 56 and 94, which can be found at the California & Milwaukee intersection via a four-minute walk east. Additional nearby service includes Routes 74 to the north and 73 to the south. Rail service can be found via the Blue Line, a five-minute walk southeast to California station.

Bachula Development Inc is serving as general contractor for the $924,800 project. An anticipated completion date has not yet been revealed.
