A construction permit has been issued for a residential development at 2424 N Linden Place in Logan Square. The three-story multifamily edifice will come with a basement level and provide a total of 10 apartment units, replacing what was previously an empty lot.
Matanky Realty Group owns the project, with Compass Architecture behind the design, though no renderings or drawings of the design could be found online. Beyond the main structure, the filing mentioned other components such as a detached ten-vehicle private garage and a trash enclosure.
The location is near both the Logan Square and California Blue Line stations, each a 10-minute walk from the property. Several bus options also line the vicinity, the closest of which are Routes 56 and 72, both within a five-minute walk.
JEK Development LLC is the general contractor for the construction, whose reported cost is $1,250,000.00. As of now, an anticipated completion date is currently unknown.
