The City of Chicago has permitted construction of a four-story, four-unit residence at 2314 West Arthur Avenue in West Ridge. The permit was issued on May 13 following its application on January 28 of this year, and comes with a reported construction cost of $1.1 million. Site Pros Inc is named as the property owner, and SItePro Services is cited as the general contractor.
The Chicago Community Development Commission has approved TIF funding for a new phase of the Southbridge development at 3 E 23rd Street in the Near South Side. Dubbed Phase 1C, the new tower will rise at the intersection with S State Street. Like the first two phases across the street, it is also being developed by The Community Builders.

Platinum Homes is building a five stories with eight condominiums on the northwest corner of Western and Sunnyside Avenues, with architectural plans by 360 Design Studio. Two permits have been issued by the City of Chicago to build a four-story addition and to renovate portions of the existing Prescott Elementary School at 1632 West Wrightwood Avenue in Lincoln Park. The permit applications were filed by CPS on January 16, and came through on May 7 with a reported construction cost of $2.622 million.
