A parking garage is being developed at 1846 West Grenshaw Street by first-time collaborators Hunt Development Group and Lincoln Property Company. Gensler is the design architect for the project, with Turner Construction Company performing general contractor duties.

Four-Story Condo Building Permitted To Replace 1890s Building At 908 West Fullerton

Demolition work is complete on an 1890-built residential building at 908 West Fullerton Avenue just north of the DePaul University campus in Lincoln Park. A demolition permit was issued for the site on February 25, and was carried out by Carlos Group Inc. of Chicago. Real estate records the the building was sold to Pro Homes of SUmmit, IL earlier this year for $1.485 million.
