Developer and owner Lion Halsted 3 LLC has planned for seven rental apartments atop 814 square feet of ground-floor retail. There will be five on-site bike spots and two parking spaces.
First floor construction continues to take shape at 133 S Ashland Avenue, a four-story residential building rising near the southwest corner of West Loop. Permits issued in September 2020 have listed 133 Ashland Land LLC as the owner behind the development, with plans for 89 condominium units.

The team behind the dense project is Longford Construction with SPACE Architects + Planners as the designers.
