Exterior Work Nears Completion for Four-Story Residential Building at 104 S Laflin Street in West Loop

Exterior work is nearing completion for a four-story residential building located at 104 S Laflin Street in West Loop. The developer, filed under Tom Meador as manager, has planned for 51 units alongside 51 on-site parking spaces. Replacing a former parking lot, the development represents one of several new projects around Skinner Park, including 1400 W Monroe Street and a similar neighboring development at 128 S Laflin Street.

Topped-Out Condo Development at 1802 S State Street Nears Completion in South Loop

Exterior work is nearly complete for the four-story residential project at 1802 S State Street, located in South Loop. Developed by Episteme Luxury and financed by Heartland Bank, the building will house 39 condominiums, ranging in size between one-, two-, and three-bedrooms.

Permits Issued for 133 S Ashland Avenue in the West Loop

Permits have been issued for a four-story residential building at 133 S Ashland Avenue in the West Loop. Located on a corner lot, the project will rise on the northeastern corner of the intersection at S Ashland Avenue and W Adams Street. The nearest public transportation is the CTA Route 9, accessed at the Ashland and Adams bus stop, located directly onsite. The Ashland CTA L station, serviced by the Green and Pink Lines, is a nine-minute walk away. 133 Ashland Land LLC is the owner of the project, with Tom Meador as the manager. The developer is reporting a total cost of $10,000,000.

The project site is located along N Western Avenue, between W Moffat Street and W Cortland Street. The nearest public transportation is the Western CTA L station, serviced by the Blue Line, less than a two-minute walk away. The 49 CTA bus line can be accessed below the Western CTA L station. Real estate developer Comet Development LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications for the demolition of the existing structure. Reports show that Stepline Development LLC is also involved.

Located between W Grace Street and W Waveland Avenue, the interior lot is a 15-minute walk to the Addison CTA L station, serviced by the Red Line. 3726 N Lake Shore Drive LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications, reporting $8 million as the cost for the overall development.
