Real estate developer Comet Development LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications for the demolition of the existing structure. Reports show that Stepline Development LLC is also involved.
The development will hold nine residential units, with approximately 2,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Ten vehicle parking spaces as well as 11 bicycle parking spaces are included in the project plans. The tenants will also have access to balconies on floors two through four in addition to a rooftop deck.
SPACE Architects + Planners is in charge of the design for this development. DS Construction is listed as the general contractor.
Demolition permits have been approved to raze an existing one-story masonry building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
