An application was filed for the build on April 30, and it came through on August 28 with a reported cost of $1.2 million.

The Residences of St. Boniface, Phase 2 of the St. Boniface Church redevelopment project, has reached the second level in Noble Square, West Town. Located at 1340 W Chestnut Street and immediately east of St. Boniface Church, the new four-story elevator building was issued a New Construction permit for 20 condo units and a 25-space garage on October 23, 2023. A basement is also part of the plan, under a foundation permit issued August 25 of last year.
