The initial foundation permit has been issued for a mixed-use development at 3914 N Lincoln Avenue in North Center. Occupying a trapezoidal lot between N Damen Avenue to the west and N Lincoln Avenue to the east, the project is set to replace an empty lot along with various existing structures. The 24,554-square-foot property will host a five-story, 97,773-square-foot building with 68 residential units. Longford Construction leads the project, with SPACE Architects + Planners behind the 61-foot-tall design.

Located just south of the intersection with W School Street and the recently completed Panorama development, the building will replace an existing three-story structure on the site.
