Full construction permits have now been issued for a three-story daycare center, situated at 2745 N Lincoln Avenue at the northern edge of Lincoln Park. Kensington Lincoln Park Building LLC is the filing owner, whose new construction will replace three former masonry buildings. YIMBY had previously reported on the project in December when foundation permits were issued.
Permits have been issued for a new four-story residential building at 1831 N Larrabee Street in Lincoln Park. Filed under 1829 Larrabee LLC, the new structure will house a total of four units, while featuring a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, a first-floor rear terrace, a rear porch and staircase along floors two through four, and a four-car garage at the basement. A portion of the garage will extend from the main building, and will be topped by additional deck space.
