The City of Chicago has issued a standard plan review permit for the construction of a new three-story, three-dwelling unit building at 2471 North Clybourn Avenue in Lincoln Park. The permit, which was applied for on December 22, 2023, and issued on June 26, 2024, also includes the construction of a new one-story masonry garage with a steel porch in the rear.
The total cost of the project is estimated at $1,000,000, with permit fees totaling $5,270. This includes a building fee of $2,300, a zoning fee of $150, and other fees amounting to $2,820. All fees have been paid in full.
The owner of the property is James Moller. Plans were designed by Angelica Borromeo. When complete, it will be located a short walk from stops for bus service for Routes 9, X9, and 74.
