The owner is listed under the name Development Group LLC – North Side Branch with plans that include rear stairs on all levels, as well as rear porches on the second, third, and fourth levels. The stairs will continue up to an enclosed rooftop deck. The building will include a basement-level three-car garage, the roof of which will house a second deck. The building will replace a previous structure that has been previously demolished.

Landmarks Commission Reviews Redevelopment At 513 W Fullerton Avenue In Lincoln Park

Developer Henry Street Partners, LLC has applied for a redevelopment permit of the Cenacle Retreat and Conference Center at 513 W Fullerton Avenue in Lincoln Park. The application came to the Commission on Chicago Landmarks as the existing complex stands inside of the Mid-North Landmark District, which was created in 1974 to protect the various 19th century buildings in the area.

Exterior Work Gears Toward Completion at Lincoln Park’s 1825 N Halsted Street

Final exterior touches are now underway for a four-story residential building located at 1825 N Halsted Street in Lincoln Park. Owner APA 2020 Inc. has planned a total of three residences, with features such as a basement level with a three-car garage, a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, an elevator, and a rear porch spanning all above-grade floors. Prior to the new development, the narrow site was occupied by a three-story brick building.

1913 N Halsted Street Wraps Up in Lincoln Park

Joseph Debella Jr of New Plan Inc is the owner and developer of the edifice, which comes with two parking spaces at grade and a rooftop deck. The structure has replaced a former two-story frame building with a masonry basement level.

A development by Tom Gibbons, the multi-family project will yield a total of 12 dwellings, a basement floor, indoor parking, and deck space on the second and rooftop levels. The new construction is replacing a one-story masonry commercial building and an adjacent vacant lot.

Plan Commission Approves Restoration of North Pond Nature Sanctuary in Lincoln Park

The Chicago Plan Commission has approved a restoration of the North Pond Nature Sanctuary in Lincoln Park. Located between N Cannon Drive and N Stockton Drive, the project looks to preserve the existing north pond which was built in the mid-1880’s. Notable sites on the North Pond include the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum and Michelin-starred North Pond Restaurant.
