City Council Approves Quantum Park As IBM Announces New Research Center

The Chicago City Council has approved the massive Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park on the South Side. Set to replace the long-vacant 400-acre former South Works site, the project is already attracting new investments as IBM has announced a new research center within the campus. With the complex expected to break ground early next year.

Northwestern Medicine ​Bronzeville Outpatient Center In Grand Boulevard Nears Exterior Completion

Exterior construction for the Northwestern Medicine ​Bronzeville Outpatient Center at 4822 South Cottage Grove Avenue, in the Grand Boulevard Community Area continues to progress toward completion. Much of the cladding for the parking structure at the south end of the facility is up, as is most of the glass curtain well around the office and patient care areas at the north end. Significant interior work remains, as healthcare-specific preparations require considerably more time to implement than standard construction.
