Located along W Montrose Avenue, the project site is an infill property bound by adjacent buildings to the east and west. The development will front W Montrose Avenue and span back to the alley behind the site. Platinum Homes is the developer behind the proposal.
Construction permits have been issued for a three-story residential building located at 2606 W Chicago Avenue in West Town. Owned by Gerard Coyle, the new development will house six total units, and come with an additional rooftop deck and a six-car garage with its own rooftop deck. The site is currently occupied by a larger single-story masonry building, though it is unclear how much of the property the new structure will occupy.
