McInerney Properties received a permit from the City of Chicago on March 1 of this year to erect a nine-unit building here. A December 2022 fire damaged the previous property at this location, necessitating demolition.

That’s where Barrett Homes has begun building a four-story, six-unit condominium project. Barrett Homes has also provided us with some fresh renderings of the development, on which they are acting as both developer and general contractor.

Concrete is in the ground for the foundation of 1506 West Henderson Street, a two-unit residential development coming to Lake View. A project by developer and general contractor V & M Development, the new building will be three stories plus a basement. A private rooftop deck and a rear covered deck at the first floor indicate these units might consist of one duplex-down and one duplex-up condominiums. The architecture is by 360 Design Studio, and will include a detached two-car garage providing each unit with one parking space. The new construction permit was issued by the City Of Chicago on July 22 of this year.

A three-story, three-unit condominium building at 3511 North Bosworth Avenue has reached full height in the Lake View neighborhood. Being built by Bachula Development, the homes will include two duplex condos and a penthouse unit, the sale of which has already been marked as contingent. Each residence will have access to private outdoor space via a terrace or roof deck. A detached garage at the rear of the property will house four parking spaces; two are for the penthouse condo, with one each appropriated for the duplexes. It will also have a rooftop deck. 360 Design Studio is responsible for the architecture.
